Where are the apartments located?
The apartments are located in a lovely Edwardian house on Anglesea Road,
between Ballsbridge and Donnybrook.
Parking
Off street parking may be available if requested in advance.
This is without extra charge, subject to availability, and at guest's
own risk.
Smoking
We operate a non smoking policy in the apartments. However we cannot guarantee
adherence by all residents, as we are not actively intrusive.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed.
Servicing
The apartments are cleaned on an approximately weekly basis and fresh
bedlinen and towels are provided
We try to carry out the servicing at the same time each week.
We do not tidy up working papers or clothes.
We do not wash dishes.

What facilities will the apartment have?
Cooker, Washer-dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Large television, Video-recorder,
bedside clock-radio, Iron, Ironing board, Pots and
pans, Crockery and cutlery, Bedlinen and towels changed weekly.
How do we get to the apartment from the airport?
Aircoach operate a service every 15 minutes, from 05-30
AM. The nearest bus stop is on Simmonscourt Road, about 400 Metres from
us. The fare is 5 Euro.
How far is it to the Dart? (Metropolitan electric
rail)
5 - 10 minutes walk.
Is there a good bus service?
There is a very good bus service , from Ballsbridge and Donnybrook.
I want to book 30 days, you quote weekly.
The Rent for the apartments shall be as stated, or Pro Rata for any part
of a week.
Is the apartment available before the date shown
on the website?
Please contact us by email or telephone as sometimes an apartment can
be available at short notice.
Viewing by prospective tenants.
Kenneth Allen shall be allowed every facility to show the apartments
to prospective guests, and the apartments shall be tidied as required.
Extra charges.
Electricity is charged at the normal residential rate. A meter reading
is taken at
the beginning and end of your stay.
We do reserve the right to charge a supplement for apartments which are
left in an exceptionally dirty condition.
Can I bring my lion.
Sorry pets are not allowed.
Extension of stay.
If guests wish to extend their visit, we make every effort to facilitate
them. However please advise us as soon as possible if this is required,
as this is subject to availability.
Checkout
Checkout time is between 10AM and 11AM.
