Faq's - serviced self catering apartments

Where are the apartments located in Dublin ? 

The self catering apartments for your short stay are located on Anglesea Road, between Ballsbridge and Donnybrook. We also have an apartment, 400 Metres away,  in Herbert Park Lane, beside the Herbert Park Hotel, the US Embassy, and bridge of Ballsbridge.

Are the apartments serviced
The apartments are serviced every week. Beds are made up with high quality bedlinen and egyptian cotton towels are provided.

 I want to book a week' stay in 4 Months time.

 We have a minimum forward booking period of 4 weeks, we can sometimes accept a booking for a week at very short notice.

 Parking

 Off street parking may be available if requested in advance. This is without extra charge, subject to availability, and at guest's own risk.

Bicycles

We have a designated area for bicycles, at guest's own risk. Bicycles must not be brought inside the property.

Smoking

We operate a non smoking policy in the apartments. However we cannot guarantee adherence by all residents, as we are not actively intrusive.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Free telephone line and landline calls to home country, subject to availability.

What facilities will the apartment have?

Cooker, Washer-dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Large television,  Digital cable service,  Dvd player, or Video-recorder, bedside clock-radio, Iron, Ironing board, Pots and pans, Crockery and cutlery, Bedlinen and towels changed weekly.

How do we get to the apartment from the airport?
Aircoach operate a very good coach service. There is a coach stop at Bewleys' Hotel, about 350 metres walk.

How far is it to the Dart? (Metropolitan electric rail)
5 - 10 minutes walk.

Is there a good bus service?

There is a very good bus service , from both Ballsbridge and Donnybrook.

I want to book 37 days, you quote weekly.
The rental for the apartments shall be as stated, or Pro Rata for any part of a week.

Is the apartment available before the date shown on the website?
Please contact us by email or telephone as sometimes an apartment can be available at short notice.

Viewing by prospective tenants.
Kenneth Allen shall be allowed every facility to show the apartments
to prospective guests, and the apartments shall be tidied as required.

Extra charges.
There are no extra charges. When we say available, we mean available without extra charge, an important differance.
We do reserve the right to charge a supplement for apartments which are left in an exceptionally dirty condition.

Can I bring my lion.
Sorry pets are not allowed.

Extension of stay.
 If guests wish to extend their visit, we make every effort to facilitate them. However please advise us as soon as possible if this is required, as this is subject to availability.

Checkout

Checkout time is before 11AM.
