Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed.

Servicing

The apartment is left clean and tidy in advance of the arrival of each party. The apartment will be serviced weekly with changes of bedlinen and towels. We expect to receive the apartment back in Brush clean condition.

Cancellations All cancellations must be in writing. We will make a refund when we manage to relet the apartment and we shall refund such monies as we recover in this manner less a 20% charge. It should be noted that we may have tooffer a late cancellation to a new guest at a late booking discount.

Deposit

A condition /term / deposit is payable upon arrival. We do reserve the right to charge a supplement if the apartment isleft in an exceptionally dirty condition. All damage must be reported immediately and must be paid for immediately.

Arrival and Departure Times Arrival time is normally 4PM and departure time is normally 10-30 AM. Should you need to alter these , please inform us and we will do our best to facilitate you.

Notice to Quit.

The hirer shall give 3 weeks notice of termination of stay.

Visas It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they hold appropriate visas / work permits (if necessary) for their stay.

Suitability It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the apartment and it's location is suitable for their needs. We recommend that a hirer should inspect an apartment personally, or if this is nor possible, should have somebody inspect it on their behalf.

Usage of Apartment

The apartment should not be used for any trade or profession which requires access by the public to the apartment.

The apartment should not be used for any illegal or immoral purpose.

Extra charges.

None. Please note that utilities are provided on a fair usage basis.

Everything is included, is there no limit to what I can use?

Problems

If the hirer is not entirely satisfied with the accommodation offered, or have a problem he should contact the shouldcontact Ken Allen directly and immediately. Unless this procedure is strictly observed we cannot entertain any claimarising out of complaints. We can take no responsibility for problems of which we are not immediately notified. Thelandlords do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to, personal effects, baggage, . motor car, computers orcomputer data or any other item belonging to the hirer or any member of the hirer's party. In the event of non performanceor improper performance of the contact, compensation payable to the hirer is limited to a maximum of a refund of the costof the booking of the apartment for the last letting period , and shall in no circumstances exceed this. The landlords shallhave no liability for any other cost or expense.

Noise

No undue noise should be made by any person,at any time, to the extent that it is audible outside their apartmentComputer Data We strongly recommend that valuable computer data should be backed up using a commercial online backup service.

Breaches of terms conditons

In the event of serious/repeated breaches of these terms and conditions, guests may be asked to vacate their apartment

Extension of stay

If guests wish to extend their stay, they should enquire as soon as possible. If the apartment has not been reserved byanother hirer we may facilitate the guest. Otherwise the guest shall move out on the agreed date.

Viewing

The guests shall facilitate the viewing of their apartment, by prospective guests, during reasonable hours.

Property

Kenneth Allen has no insurable interest in the guests' property, and that it is the guests' responsibility to ensure his property against any and every eventuality.

Parking

Parking is subject to availability and is at guests own risk.

Bicycles

Bicycles may be left in the garden, at guests own risk. Bicycles are not ever allowed inside the property.

Other Services

If You require Additional Requirements which You failed to specified when making Your reservation, or additionalservices not attached to the Accommodation such Additional Services not being provided for by the Provider, You mustagree these separately with Kenneth Allen. If You did not check when making Your reservation, whether theAccommodation had Additional Requirements or Additional Services, the Provider makes no warranty or guarantee thatthese Additional Requirements or any Additional Services will be provided. The payment for any Additional Requirementsor Additional Services must be made directly to the Provider. You are advised, if applicable, upon the receipt of thisBooking Form, to confirm and check with the Provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the Provider makesavailable any Additional Requirements or the Additional Services Should a guest require parking facilities, they shouldspecify this at time of booking. We will then, if possible provide this. Please note that parking is provided on a non secure,guest's own risk basis. We cannot guarantee that the parking space will be available, and we cannot take responsibility forthe safety of the cars.

Jurisdiction

It is agreed that the Irish Courts have jurisdiction over all matters concerning this letting.
