Pets
Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed.
Servicing
The apartment is left clean and tidy in advance of the arrival of each
party. The apartment will be serviced weekly with changes of bedlinen
and towels. We expect to receive the apartment back in "Brush clean"
condition.
Utilities
The following utilities are included.
Television licence, NTL Digital Cable, Bin collection.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing.
We will make a refund when we manage to relet the apartment and we shall
refund such monies as we recover in this manner less a 20% charge. It
should be noted that we may have to offer a late cancellation to a new
guest at a late booking discount.
Deposit
A condition /term / electricity deposit is payable upon arrival. We do
reserve the right to charge a supplement if the apartment is left in an
exceptionally dirty condition. All damage must be reported immediately
and must be paid for.
Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival time is normally 4PM and departure time is normally 10AM. Should
you need to alter these , please inform us and we will do our best to
facilitate you.
Suitability
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the apartment and
it's location is suitable for their needs. We recommend that a hirer should
inspect an apartment personally, or if this is nor possible, should have
somebody inspect it on their behalf.
Internet and Internet access
Subject to the following conditions;
1/ Internet access is provided for the leisure use of guests.
2/ Use is not subject to a service level agreement.
3/ Use shall not contrevene laws of Ireland, United States, or Great Britain.
4/ Excessive use shall not be made of this facility, so as to affect the usage of other guests, or so as to cause problems with the service provider because of excessive downloading.
5/ Web servers shall not be used on the property.
6/ Unix operating system may not be used withot written permission from Kenneth Allen
7/ Continued breaches of these conditions may cause offenders to be suspended from internet access.
8/ It is the responsibility of the user to;
a/ Keep their operating system and programmes updated.
b/ Maintain an adequate firewall.
c/ Maintain an adequate and updated anti-virus programme.
d/ The landlords cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to computers, programmes or files or any consequent financial loss which may result from use of Internet access or email facilities.
Problems
If the hirer is not entirely satisfied with the accommodation offered,
or have a problem he should contact the should contact Ken Allen directly
and immediately. Unless this procedure is strictly observed we cannot
entertain any claim arising out of complaints. We can take no responsibility
for problems of which we are not immediately notified.
The landlords do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to, personal
effects, baggage, motor car, or any other item belonging to the hirer
or any member of the hirer's party.In the event of non performance or
improper performance of the contact, compensation payable to the hirer
is limited to a maximum of a refund of the cost of the booking of the
apartment, and shall in no circumstances exceed this.
The landlords shall
have no liability for any other cost or expense.
Noise
No undue noise should be made by any guest,at any time, to the extent
that it is audible outside their apartment.
Breaches of terms & conditions.
In the event of serious/repeated breaches of these terms and conditions,
guests may be asked to vacate their apartment.
Can I bring my lion.
Sorry pets are not allowed.
Extension of stay.
If guests wish to extend their stay, they should enquire as soon as possible.
If the apartment has not been reserved by another hirer we may facilitate
the guest. Otherwis the guest shall move out on the agreed date.
Other Services
If You require Additional Requirements which You failed to specified when
making Your reservation, or additional services not attached to the Accommodation
("Additional Services"), such Additional Services not being
provided for by the Company, You must agree these separately with Kenneth
Allen. If You did not check when making Your reservation, whether the
Accommodation had Additional Requirements or Additional Services, the
Provider makes no warranty or guarantee that these Additional Requirements
or any Additional Services will be provided. The payment for any Additional
Requirements or Additional Services must be made directly to the Provider.
You are advised, if applicable, upon the receipt of this Booking Form,
to confirm and check with the Provider the precise terms and conditions
upon which the Provider makes available any Additional Requirements or
the Additional Services.
Parking
Should a guest require parking facilities, they should specify this at
time of booking. We will then, if possible provide this. Please note that
parking is provided on a non secure, guest's own risk basis. We cannot
guarantee that the parking space will be available, and we cannot take
responsibility for the safety of the cars.
Jurisdiction
We nominate the courts of Ireland as having jurisdiction over this agreement.
